Consultations

A Grow Modern consultant will review your site, assess your needs and provide recommendations for achieving your goals; including a list of potential species and recommendations for plantings.
Landscape Design
Whether your existing design needs to be upgraded or you're starting from scratch in a new home, a Grow Modern Landscape Design will provide you with the best beginning possible. The process starts with an initial designer-client consultation, followed by analysis and measurement of the site and a detailed assessment of the landscape requirements. A loose conceptual plan is presented next, giving the client an opportunity to give feedback. Finally, a master plan is created and the client is provided with a list of plant details, thorough care instructions and recommendations for finding a landscape contractor.
Plant Inventory Design
Do you have a designed yard but want to learn more about what the plants in your yard are and how to care for them? A Grow Modern Plant Inventory Design catalogues and plots each plant in your landscape. In addition, a detailed plant list and briefs are provided, covering aspects of each species and their fertilization, pruning and care requirements.
Maintenance Guides
If you don’t need a design but would like to know more about the plants in your landscape and how to care for them, a Grow Modern Maintenance Guide provides a listing of each species along with its fertilization and pruning recommendations as well as any other special requirements.
